Our Services

Disability Support Services

Our Disability Support Services provide comprehensive assistance with daily living activities, helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life. We offer support for personal care, household tasks, and community participation to ensure participants can engage fully in their daily routines.

Support Coordination

Support Coordination helps individuals understand and implement their NDIS plans effectively, ensuring they receive the right support. This service connects participants with appropriate providers, manages budgets and resolves any challenges that arise.

Community Nursing Care

Our Community Nursing Care ensures individuals receive professional medical support in the comfort of their home. This includes wound management, medication administration and ongoing health monitoring, promoting long-term health and well-being.

Accommodation

We offer Accommodation Services for individuals needing short-term or long-term housing support. From Supported Independent Living (SIL) to Short Term Accommodation (STA), we provide tailored living arrangements that promote independence and safety.

Aged Care Services (MAC)

DAWN Services will soon offer My Aged Care (MAC) services, providing personalised support to help older Australians maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

Our upcoming DVA Home Care program will provide tailored support for veterans, war widows, and widowers to maintain independence and comfort at home.
